Jeffrey is a 10-year-old pianist from Perth, W.A.,

He started piano lessons at 6.5 years old with Dr. Dobromita Jaskot from Poland, continuing until 2022. Since January 2023, he has been studying under Ivy Chan at the YSL Music School, where he is now pursuing LTCL diploma-level studies. By the age of 9, Jeffrey passed the ATCL Piano Performance Diploma Exam from Trinity College London with Distinction.

In the past 3.5 years, Jeffrey has won many awards. He earned the top Crand Prize and special awards at the 2nd International Paderewski l s Piano Competition for Children and Youth in Poland and won 4th Prize at the 31st International Fryderyk Chopin Piano Competition for Children and Youth in Szafarnia, Poland. He also took first place in several competitions, including the Fremantle Eisteddfod, West Australian Pianist Competition (WAPC), the North of Perth Music Festival, the Fastest Learner Competition of 2023 and 2024, and Ashdale Cot Talent 2022.

Jeffrey has performed at prestigious events, such as for former Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison in 2022 in Perth and the WACSMS concert at the Crown Theatre in 2023, which had an audience of over 2,000 people. In 2024, he went on a multi-city concert tour in Poland, showcasing his talent to local and international audiences.

EMILY -

GENRES: Classical Pianist

Emily (12) pursues her piano studies under the esteemed guidance of Mr. Yoon Sen Lee, following earlier mentorship with Dr. Raymond Yong. She is also a dedicated pupil of renowned pianist, Ms. Maria João Pires, whose profound musical insight has deeply influenced Emily’s interpretive depth and artistic voice.

Her musical journey began in early childhood, nurtured by the Suzuki philosophy and Dalcroze Eurhythmics, which cultivated her natural sensitivity, perception, and mindfulness from a very young age.

Emily has received numerous accolades both locally and internationally. At age 9, she was awarded the Best Certificate of Performance Award by the Australian Music Examinations Board (WA). By age 10, she had earned the Associate in Music Australia (AMusA) diploma, followed by the Licentiate in Music Australia (LMusA) diploma and the Licentiate of Trinity College London (LTCL) diploma with Distinction by age 11.

Emily has won numerous First Prizes at international competitions. Among them are the IV International Chopin Piano Competition Gloria Artis in Vienna 2022 and the American Protégé International Piano and String Competition in New York 2023, where she was honoured with First Place and the special Overall Judges’ Distinction Shield.

Emily has also received top prizes locally, such as the Junior Overall Best Pianist Award at the Fremantle Eisteddfod, the Best Classical Performance Award at the WAMTA Recital & Concerto Competition, and the Overall Best Performance Award at the Anglican School of Commissions Combined Piano Competition.

Her recent performances include appearances at the Amphithéâtre Cité de la Musique–Philharmonie in Paris 2022 and Carnegie Hall in New York 2023. At age 11, Emily was honoured with the title of MetSO Young Artist and made her piano concerto debut with the Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra in Western Australia 2025.

Emily’s performances are often described as embodying poetic sensibility, tonal clarity, and emotional depth. Guided by her passion for music theory and analysis, she deepens her connection to each piece by exploring its structure, harmonic language, and interpretative possibilities.
